Banana Bread ~ French's~

1/2 Cup Soft butter
1 Cup brown Sugar
2 eggs, beaten,
2 Cups Maverick spelt Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2-3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 Cup nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 5 X 9 inch loaf pan. Cream butter and sugar, Add eggs and mix well.Add eggs and mix well. Add dry ingredients. Sit Banana and nuts.

Bake for one hour.
