2 2/3 tsp active dry yeast
4 Cups Maverick Spelt Flour
1/3 Cup instant potato flakes
2 tsp salt
2 TBS Sugar or honey
2 TBS Butter or margarine
1 Cup of milk about 80 degrees
1/2 Cup water about 80 degrees
1. Place ingredients in bread pan, select white bread and light crust, 2 lb setting. Start.
